Sample Postage Information
We charge a sample postage fee of £3.00 for every 3 samples. All samples are sent via the Evri courier service. These usually arrive in 3 working days but in some instances this can take a little longer, you will be provided with a tracking link in your order completion email in order to view the progress of your shipment. We also offer Evri Express delivery for £4.00 per 3 samples, which usually arrive next working day but can be up to 2 working days depending on destination.
Sample Cards For Worktops and Laminate Wall Panels
Some brands do not produce full samples of their products, we are only able to send swatch cards of the decor. Please note these samples only show the design of the surface of the product and not the material that the product is constructed from. The “Order a Sample” button for the products states “Order a Sample Card” for clarity.
*Quick-Step Flooring Samples
As a premium flooring manufacturer, Quick-Step charge for product samples. We absorb as much of this cost as possible, but unfortunately we must charge an additional nominal fee of £2.40 per Quick-Step sample (Including VAT).
