Colours, patterns and textures can look quite different in your own space, so we recommend viewing a sample before making your final choice. Compare it with your furniture and décor, and see how the finish looks under different lighting throughout the day.
Customers may order a maximum of three samples.
Free Sample Delivery
Samples from most of our flooring ranges are completely free, including standard delivery.
Samples may be dispatched directly by the relevant manufacturer or supplier. If you select samples from different brands, they may arrive separately and delivery times may vary.
Wood Flooring Kent Samples
Wood Flooring Kent branded samples are free, but a small delivery charge applies because these samples use a separate delivery service.
Standard Evri delivery costs £3.00 for up to three samples and usually takes around three working days. Evri Express delivery costs £4.00 for up to three samples and usually arrives the next working day, although some destinations may take up to two working days.

Quick-Step Flooring Samples
Quick-Step manage their sample service directly. Quick-Step samples cannot be ordered through our website, but you can follow the sample link shown on the relevant product page to order directly from Quick-Step.
Any sample charges and delivery terms will be confirmed by Quick-Step when you place your request.
Sample Cards for Worktops and Laminate Wall Panels
Some manufacturers do not produce full product samples for their worktops or laminate wall panels. In these cases, we can provide a sample card showing the surface décor.
Please bear in mind that a sample card demonstrates the colour, pattern and surface design, but not the material or construction of the finished product. Products supplied in this format are clearly identified by an “Order a Sample Card” button.
