Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Wood Flooring Kent.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns.

The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Interpretation and Definitions

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Definitions

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

  • Company (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Wood Flooring Kent.
  • Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
  • Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
  • Service refers to the Website.
  • Website refers to Wood Flooring Kent, accessible from https://www.woodflooringkent.com
  • You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 24 hours without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 24 hours from the date on which you placed the order.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 2 weeks from the day on which We receive the cancellation request. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns Of Damaged Goods

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The Goods were received in the last 24 hours
  • The Goods were received damaged

The following Goods cannot be returned:

  • The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
  • The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

When notifying us of damaged goods, please indicate if you would like for the goods to be replaced or refunded. If not indicated, we will assume a replacement is required.

Returning Non Defective Goods

We accept returns of all unopened and undamaged goods within 14 days of delivery. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and we will inform you of the associated costs before collection is arranged for your agreement, which will be deducted from your refund. To request a return of such goods, please email sales@woodflooringkent.com with your order number, and how many of which items you would like to return.

After 14 days and before 28 days of receipt of goods, we may allow return of some products at our discretion. If we do agree to a return in this time frame, it will be refunded less the collection charge and a 50% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Goods

There are a select few items which we cannot accept returns on. These items include personalised, bespoke, special order, or made to order items, all of which will be clearly labelled as non returnable before purchase. In cases of faulty or damaged goods, there will of course be circumstances in which we will be able to accept return of these goods.

Refunds

Refunds are processed as soon as the products have been returned and checked. Depending on the bank that the funds are being returned to, they usually appear back in the account in 3 – 5 working days.
